This is for anyone postpartum or with core/ pelvic floor issues (Constant lower back ache, prolapse, diastasis recti or stress incontinence) that want to learn how to move smarter on and off the mat to support their continued healing. In this series I break down each move with tools to self check for breathing patterns and core engagement strategies that can hinder healing in daily life and make symptoms worse with exercise.

* 6 hours worth of sessions uncovering and working through any imbalances or movement preferences to promote healing.

*Learn how to perform core exercises safely with a prolapse or stomach muscle separation. These skills are also transferable to how we lift our children, car seat of pushchair in and out of the car without simply squeezing, tightening everything and hoping for the best.

*Weekly exercise videos and self massage techniques tailored to the groups needs to  optimize your progress during the course.
