Myofascial release (MFR) therapy

Massage session where I work on restricted areas in the fascia build up over many years.

After the initial release in the first session the nervous system will try to tense everything up to 'feel normal' once again, even if the old normal brought about pain and discomfort. It can take several sessions for the fascia to release to the point that the nervous system can no longer 'pull' the body into its old pattern. Ideally these would be on a weekly basis with homework carried out between sessions. Depending on the presenting pain, a combination of massage and exercises can be extremely effective. 1-2-1 Restore Your Core®

60 min session where we work on your specific goals. These may range from wanting to learn how to move without a prolapse becoming symptomatic, closing a diastasis recti, strengthening the core, increasing mobility and balance to simply working out in a way that is sustainable and supports the spine and pelvic floor. 

(£45 per session when booking 3 or more sessions. £50 for stand alone sessions).
