My 6 week RESTORE YOUR CORE® series will keep you accountable because as much as we tell ourselves we will make the time to press play on a video, in my experience working with mums, we always put the needs of others first even when we are struggling with lower back ache, shoulder tension, leaking, heaviness in the pelvic floor and more.

What's in the course?
6 weekly one hour in person sessions at Finstock hall (Finstock Village) from 11:30am to 12:30, starting Friday the 5th of November 2021. The classes contain a blend of postnatal yoga and postnatal pilates to create length, strength and support.
* 6 hours worth of sessions uncovering and working through any imbalances or movement preferences to promote healing of the postpartum core and pelvic floor.
*You will learn how to perform core exercises safely even if you have a prolapse or stomach muscle separation. These skills are also transferable to how we lift our children, car seat of pushchair in and out of the car without simply squeezing, tightening everything and hoping for the best.
*Weekly homework exercise video clips and self massage techniques tailored to the groups needs to optimize your progress during the course.
